White prom dress
we received the dress and the zipper was impossible to pull up. I wrote to them and they kept insisting that the zipper was fine when it left the warehouse (like they would know). after 7 or 8 correspondences, they still claimed the dress was fine. I told them I was reporting their business practices to the better business bureau. they finally told me I could have a credit of 15.00 dollars to be used on another purchase. they are completely unethical and I will spread their practices to anyone buying any clothing. please, please if you see this company advertising anything, be sure not to buy. I would like to know their home base. what country is it and if anyone knows, please send me the address. thank you so much. I will look for your reply on this site

Not allowed to return an item that was clearly not what I ordered

I ordered a "SAGE" green dress.. when it arrived it was BRIGHT LIME GREEN!!!. Upon contacting the company they said I couldn't return it as it wa "WHAT I ORDERED" I told them that the is was not SAGE as ordered..they offered me $10 and discount towards my next order..LIKE I WOULD ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. After repeated back and forth..they 'in a very broken English manner' told me $20 and a discount... "we hope you keep the dress and maybe give a gift to someone"...They insist they MADE the dress just for me and can't receive it.. It clearly is not a custom made dress and it is BRIGHT LIME GREEN....

Custom ordered dress for son's wedding didn't fit
In February, I ordered a mother-of-the-groom dress. I provided my measurements and paid extra to have it custom made. When it arrived, the first thing I noticed was that a navy dress had a pink lining. It was stiff and poorly made. Additionally, IT DIDN'T FIT! I had to take pictures of myself in the dress, with a tape measure, showing the gaps and poor fit. I did everything they asked for. They would not return my money. I was told that one I sent the dress back they would refund me. I sent it back via the shipping method they advised, provided photos of the receipts. Still no refund. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and advised Izidressbuy that I had. Of course then they said they couldn't refund my money as it was frozen because of the dispute. At this point we are in May - 3 months after I order the dress. They told me that if I withdrew the dispute they would refund my money immediately. A month later, no refund. I was being told to "be patient". I reopened my dispute with my credit card company. In late June I received notification from my credit card company saying they had resolved the dispute and my account had been credited for the full amount - which it was. It took over 4 months to get my refund! NEVER, EVER AGAIN!

Izidressbuy, is an awful company. I bought a dress and when it arrived, beads were hanging on threads, sequins were hanging on threads, the lining was bunched up globs of material and much longer then the dress. This dress was made by a butcher, not a seamstress. When I wrote them and told them it is in their return policy to refund my money if something is wrong with the dress, they came up with a $10 compensation. Email after email they refused to honor their refund policy and blamed it on the shipper. They are crooks DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.!!! I am not through with them yet as they robbed me of $150.00 They are totally unethical and discusting.Tell all your friends NOT to purchase anything from them. They steal your money. I demanded a refund and they simply and deliberatly make up lame excuses, because they do not care who they steal from and should be put out of business. You,ve been warned.D. I ordered an evening dress from them. It was hideous! The quality was poor, didn't look anything like the picture shown AND the most unbelievable thing is that they refused to let me return the dress. They will answer you email but obviously have no intentions of listening to the customer's complaint. They do not care about the $200 I spent. They are not concerned about customer satisfaction. They told me I could resell the dress or give it away! So if that doesn't bother you, buy from them! Now that I am writing reviews I can see how many people have been unhappy with their products. I wish I would have read more reviews and stayed away from this company.

Substandard quality
No matter how much you love the photo of any dress--do not order from Izy. The dress I ordered indicate that the embellishments are beading. The embellishments on the dress I received are bright, gold, shiny sequins--hideous. Instead of the skirt having a simple, chic line made possible by the flat pleats, the dress I received is gathered all the way around. The skirt was sewn on crooked making the line of the embellishments crooked. The fabric is cheap. Instead of champagne, the color was yellow. Customer service offered me a 10% discount on my NEXT dress. I tried to review the dress on Izy's site, but no matter how many times I tried, it wouldn't accept the confirmation code.

IziDressBuy - cannot sew evening dresses
Ordered Dress - Made in Chiffon but advertised it was Jersey. the lace was so heavy for the chiffon fabric it puckered when attached. The dress cannot be worn. It looks like a rag. They know it was made with the wrong fabric but will not take it back. Just offered me 10% of the price I paid. I refused since no response. Cannot keep a bad review on their website as someone is watching it and cancels the bad review when you try to submit it. Please don't waste time purchasing from IZIDRESSBUY - they are horrible to deal with and will not fix the problem when it is theirs.
